So I will try and make this as simple as I can.

1st what are Correction factors. When you dyno a car there is a Raw HP # this is the real hp to the wheels (Called Uncorrected).  Then you have what are called the Correction Factors.  This takes in Elevation, Temperature, Humidity and Barometer and adj the dyno numbers.  The theory on this is that every one can compare there # or you will know what the car will make in normal conditions.

But EBAY is so cheap!!! Why should I have to pay more for what you sell when I can get it for less?  Isn't that where you guys get your parts anyway?  What if it breaks, who is responsible?

Some of the things that we are questioned frequently is what are the real advantages to E85?  How do I tune for E85?  Can I go back to gasoline?  What do I need to convert?

Almost all engines create harmonics when in motion (read vibration). Some designs are more vibration prone than others and one of these designs is the inline 4 cylinder. Some manufacturers dont spend much time worrying about the vibration because generally its really hard to detect. Others such as Mitsubishi decided that in order to refine the driving experience they would add a counterweighted shaft that spins twice crankshaft speed to counteract that vibration. It works well in stock motors and mildly modified engines alike.

Mitsubishi did a fantastic job of building a really solid platform to build off of with the 4G63. In the case of the 2G and Evo they downsized the rods, but even then the Evo bottom end has been able to survive abuse at levels never dreamed of in the DSMs. 500whp, 550whp, even 600whp on a stock bottom end.

When tuning a turbo car there are three main elements: boost, fuel (AFR), and timing. The key to being a good tuner is being able to get the most power without damaging up the motor. I have been tuning my car and many others for years and have read all over the Internet on what to do and what not to do. It seems everywhere you go everyone is preaching keep it rich to be safe. I have always tuned with a data logger that gives me knock, timing, and AFR feed back.
