With over 3000 miles of testing on our daily driven 03’ Evo 8 this new system has performed flawlessly. We have noticed a drastic decrease in the common idle misfire. With back to back dyno testing, we saw an increase of 7-10whp compared to stock coils. This new system was designed as a more affordable option compared to our cdi system (it is NOT a replacement). However with enough spark energy for 600hp we feel this makes this system a viable, affordable option for cars with upgraded turbos running on stock ecu’s. If you plan to stick with the stock ecu we highly recommend this option
